Ordered and received the toaster promptly from Amazon. I experienced uneven browning of bread. I tried several batches of toast and one side was brown and the other side would be barely brown. Also the toaster was suppose to be white but I would call the actual color cream when comparing it to our appliances and old Cuisinart toaster. We returned the toaster to Amazon and will order a different brand
